Director
Scott is the Founder and Director of Devereux Corporate Advisory and has more than 18 years M&A, corporate finance and accounting experience.
Scott advises medium and large size businesses on growth strategies, succession planning, company valuations, M&A and business sales.
Scott is a qualified Chartered Accountant and also holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in Accounting and Finance) from the Queensland University of Technology.
Previously, Scott worked at KPMG Corporate Finance advising private and public businesses. He has also been involved with the preparation of numerous Independent Expert Reports for ASX listed companies.
